About the times, 

When I can't sleep, 

Due to some changed routine, 

Or having endless worries , in a single heap. 

When lying on my back, 

All it takes, 

Is just a  tiny mistake, 

Of looking at the ceiling, 

And blades of fan there, spinning. 

Now every cell inside my head wall, 

Will make its call, 

To any remote event, 

Or random thought. 

Argument I had with someone during the day. 

Or, how many hours rest I can have, 

If sleep crawls in ma' eyes right away. 

What is schedule for tomorrow, 

And for the day, that will follow. 

All the troubles I have  faced in my life,

Will come to my mind, 

Without pain or pleasure left in their any spike , 

Because of repetition, they get, every other night. 

Let me see the exact time , Now

Also I shall try Now, 

The Technique where I will keep my eyes close, 

Till I doze off, 

Ohh I know!! 

imagine that screen saver with stars 

Coming right at you 

With a constant motion.!

. 

Imagining, 

With minimum detail

. 

Its working, 

I am falling asleep, 

And all the voices in my head just got shush, 

I am falling asleep.

Or 

Falling from some height 

. 

That fear got me Terrified, 

opened my eyes. 

Thought to myself, 

I almost fell asleep,this time... 

Which is good, 

Let's start, the stars thing again... 

. 

. 

Feels like, Its working again, 

. 

Fallin'

. 

One hour past, 

Or lesser than that! 

. 

Birds started chirping, 

And the alarm went on, 

Sleep lost the battle, 

And Here my insomnia won.. 

Despite my level of tiredness, 

This Happens, on every that night, 

When I receive a text of sleep tight. 

But end up feeling like an owl  

Whom Sleep won't touch, 

No matter it's dark or light outside ...
